Detailed Job Description:

Over 6+ years of experience, in field of SIEM Information Security with expertise in Implementation and Operation phases of the project.

Experience in network security and administration including 5 years of experience particularly in CyberArk Security.

Experience with Cyber Security & IAM including managing Privileged Access Management requirements.

Hands on experience in managing the day to day operations of CyberArk solutions including adding and deleting accounts, performing administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of multiple Active Directory Users.

Experience with managing CyberArk support teams for escalation and resolution issues

Expert level understanding of SIEM Implementation & its Integration with other N/W devices and Applications and the troubleshooting work.

Experience in Bomgar Enterprise Remote Support and Privileged Access solutions in a manner that meets their business needs.

Experience integrating PAM solutions with multiple platforms including Windows, Unix, Database Platforms, etc

Managing & Supporting PACLI automation

Real Time Log monitoring in the Security Operations Centre from different devices such as Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Operating Systems like Windows, UNIX, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, System Application, Databases, Web Servers and Networking Devices.

Ensure ongoing CyberArk system Maintenance is scheduled and completed on time

Experience with monitoring networks and security tools to detect suspicious and hostile activity across the Environment

Experience in responding to Information Security incidents working in a 24X7 operations department. Monitor customer systems and dashboards to identify when action is required, which may be an investigation into an event or escalation in the form of an email or phone call.

Managing CyberArk Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)

Monitoring of Site Minder server logs for identifying problems with Authentication and authorization of users.

Analyze Threat Patterns on various security devices and Validation of False/True positive Security Incidents.

Troubleshoot Kerberos & OAuth authentication and constrained delegation

Coordinate and work with vendors support to provide optimal solutions to resolve all customer issues and provide support to all system design

Hands on experience with Change Management working on the incidents and Change Request and coordinating with the APP teams during the cutovers.

Hands on experience with CyberArk implementation and configuration of Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, OPM, PSMP.

Ensuring SLA adherence; follow up with the asset owners and ensure that the call raised is closed on time.

Develop Operational processes and procedures to appropriately analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents.
